Angel is professional, punctual, extremely thorough, and made us feel more comfortable with the responsibility of home ownership by knowing that he was examining the house with a detailed eye. Even our attorney said this was one of the most thorough home inspection reports he has seen. The fact that Angel has a drone that can see up on a roof and around the chimney, or capture places that an inspector on a ladder might not be easily able to photograph, is a plus. He is a pleasure to work with.

Angel Ledesma is very professional and efficient. He was very meticulous throughout the inspection process. He made us feel comfortable by honestly answering every question we had to the best of his knowledge and experiences. His report was comprehensively made that he detailed both the good ones and those areas that need improvement. I like the way he comments and his recommendations in every item especially his concerns about safety (he pointed out the need of a safety door between the garage and family room- i would have not known that. Also, he emphasized the need to update the electrical system where needed; the presence of asbestos tile, when it becomes dangerous to health). Excellent Job Angel. Thanks for the service.
